What the app does
Speedex Courier creates Speedex courier vouchers for orders in your Shopify store, prints their labels and shows their delivery status, using your own Speedex account.
Data we receive from Shopify
Your shop domain and an access token. When you (or your automatic rule) create a voucher, the order's receiver name, delivery address, phone number, item weights and payment status. We read this only at that moment.
Data we store
- Your shop domain and access token.
- Your app settings and your Speedex login (the password is stored encrypted).
- For each voucher: the order number, voucher number, parcel count, weight, cash on delivery amount, status and dates.
We do not store your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
Who receives data
Speedex receives the receiver's name, address and phone number for each voucher, so it can deliver the parcel. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Retention and deletion
Stored data is kept while the app is installed. When you uninstall the app we delete the access token at once, and we delete the remaining shop data when Shopify sends its erasure request (within 48 hours). We also answer Shopify's customer data requests.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. Speedex passwords are encrypted. Access to the production server is limited to the provider and protected with strong passwords and two-factor sign-in.
Your rights
Write to hello@wharfapps.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. If you are in the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority.
